2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 90an platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
The full name, phone number, and email address registered must match your actual identity. 90an reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Never share your account credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. 90an will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 90an customer support immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account until you report any unauthorised access to us.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 90an platform, you agree to abide by all of the following rules without exception. Violation of any of these rules may result in actions including account suspension or closure, and in serious cases, legal proceedings.

90an is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by users. The platform is provided "as is" and 90an makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service or freedom from technical issues. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, any compensation claimable shall be limited to the amount deposited into the account within the 30 days preceding the incident.
Account Suspension and Closure
90an reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or at the user's own request. In cases of suspension due to a breach, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
